Mixed. I was early for my appointment but had to wait almost 30 minutes after my appointment time to be seen. The preparation by the staff person once I was brought back was more casual than what I have experienced at other clinics.

Excellence. Staff people are not only very professional but exclusively compassionate. I had special circumstances, and It took them a lot of effort to do everything necessary so that I could get the results on time.

The front desk personnel and tech along with the Dr were very courteous, effective and explained matters. The reception area is crowded, aged and too small for the number of patients.
