I've always been uncertain which online reviews are real, but this one is I guarantee. I had a molar that needed to be extracted due to a failed root canal and infection in the base of the tooth. NoVa Surgical Arts was in my Cigna network so I called for basic info and appointment availability, as I was anxious to get it over with. I spoke with Leonel there, who was tremendously helpful, accommodating and informative. I was able to set up an appointment that same week. During the procedure, the surgical assistants Lexie and Mike were both fantastic and the oral surgeon, Dr. Liang, did an outstanding job reviewing my X-ray with me, explaining what needed to be done and doing it quickly and nearly painlessly -- which was remarkable given the tooth's infection and the force needed for extraction. And no pain at all the next day. I could not be happier with the whole experience. Also a thank you to Geraldine for her role in making it all happen. Great job everyone!
